DTx Digital Transistors ROHM Semiconductor DTx Digital Transistors are available in PNP and NPN configurations. These transistors feature built-in bias resistors which enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without external input resistors. Only the On/Off conditions need to be set for the operation, making the circuit design easy. ROHM Semiconductor DTx Digital Transistors are available in various packages (reel type/taping type) and are ideal for inverters, interfaces, and drivers.
