RailClamp® ESD Protection Solution for GigE SEMTECH RailClamp® ESD Protection Solution for Gigabit Ethernet (GigE) Lines include RClamp3374N, RClamp0512TQ, and RClamp2502L TVS diodes. These Semtech diodes provide Surge and ESD protection for GigE lines. The TVS diodes absorb the transient energy, clamp the incoming surge, and lower the junction capacitance to provide complete protection for the GigE. The RClamp TVS diodes are constructed using Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) process reducing leakage current and capacitance. These RoHS/WEEE compliant diodes are lead-free, halogen-free, and available in different packages.
